ORA-55712: XA transactions on RAC are not supported with GLOBAL_TXN_PROCESSES set to 0
What triggered the Error:
The initialization parameter GLOBAL_TXN_PROCESSES was set to 0.What should we do to fix it:
Set the initialization parameter GLOBAL_TXN_PROCESSES to a value greater than 0.
