ORA-54611: INIT: either invalid basetable/schema or they do not exist

What triggered the Error:

The base table or schema, or both, were invalid strings; or the base table and schema combination did not exist.

What should we do to fix it:

Ensure that the specified base table exists in the specified schema before performing the initialization operation.
