ORA-53044: invalid tag: string

What triggered the Error:

The operation failed because the specified tag was invalid.

What should we do to fix it:

The tag must match the regular expression ([0-9a-fA-FxX]{8}). Correct the tag format and try the operation again. See the dictionary schemas (ordcmsd.xsd, ordcmpv.xsd) listed in the Oracle Multimedia documentation for more information.
