What triggered the Error:

Error encountered when checking directory existence during the initialization of the ADR subsystem. Either the diag or product type directory does not exist underneath the ADR base.

What should we do to fix it:

The directory in the error message must exist in order for ADR initialization to succeed. Make sure the directories exist.
