ORA-47409: Command Rule violation for the EXECUTE command

What triggered the Error:

A command rule violation occurred when trying to perform the EXECUTE command for a stored procedure protected by a command rule.

What should we do to fix it:

Ask the Database Vault administrator to perform the operation or remove the command rule for the protected stored procedure.
