ORA-41658: invalid value for the "count" attribute in the "any" element

What triggered the Error:

An invalid value is assigned to the count attribute in the rule condition. The values should be a positive integer that is smaller than the number of object elements within the "any" element.

What should we do to fix it:

Correct the input and try again.
