ORA-39754: FULL PARTITIONED OUTER JOIN is not supported

An attempt was made to use FULL PARTITIONED OUTER JOIN.What should we do to fix it:
Specify FULL PARTITIONED OUTER JOIN through UNION of LEFT and RIGHT PARITTION OUTER JOIN.
