ORA-39704: permission to modify component registry entry denied

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to modify an entry in the component registry, but the session user was not authorized; only the CONTROL or SCHEMA user for the component are authorized to modify the component registry entry.

What should we do to fix it:

Connect as either the CONTROL or SCHEMA user for the component.
