ORA-39160: error on whats my name call

What triggered the Error:

Attempt to get the Data Pump process name failed.

What should we do to fix it:

Refer to any following error messages for additional information. If this error occurs from a Data Pump client (e.g. expdp or impdp), try the operation again. If the error occurs again, contact Oracle Customer Support and report the error.
