Oracle Solution for Error ora-39121

ORA-39121: Table string can't be replaced, data will be skipped. Failing error is: string

What triggered the Error:

Table data was about to be loaded into a table that already existed and the table_exists_action parameter is replace, but the table could not be dropped.

What should we do to fix it:

Determine actual cause by looking at base error.
