ORA-38902: errors in array insert exceed string

What triggered the Error:

The operation failed because the array INSERT had more errors than can be stored internally for BATCH ERRORs.

What should we do to fix it:

Do not use BATCH ERROR mode when array INSERT has more error rows than the number specified in the error.
