Oracle Solution for Error ora-38871
ORA-38871: cannot enable flashback before open resetlogs after incomplete recovery.
What triggered the Error:
To enable flashback on a primary database, the database must be clean without requiring open resetlogs.What should we do to fix it:
Open resetlogs first and then enable flashback database.
