Oracle Solution for Error ora-38866

ORA-38866: cannot create restore point for an SCN or time before current database incarnation.

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to create a restore point with an SCN or timestamp that is before the beginning of the current database incarnation.

What should we do to fix it:

Revise the SCN or timestamp specified so that it is within current database incarnation.
