ORA-38865: cannot create restore point for a future SCN or time.

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to create a restore point with an SCN or timestamp that is in the future.

What should we do to fix it:

Revise the SCN or timestamp specified so that it is an SCN or timestamp in the past.
