ORA-38794: Flashback target time not in current incarnation

What triggered the Error:

The Flashback Database target timestamp is not in the database's current incarnation or any of its ancestors.

What should we do to fix it:

Use a different target timestamp or use RMAN to reset the database to the appropriate incarnation.
