ORA-38788: More standby database recovery is needed
What triggered the Error:
An attempt was made to create a restore point or a guaranteed while a physical standby database is not cleanly checkpointed.What should we do to fix it:
Perform more standby database recovery via managed standby database recovery. Cancel managed recovery and retry the command.
