Oracle Solution for Error ora-38757
ORA-38757: Database must be mounted and not open to FLASHBACK.
What triggered the Error:
An attempt to Flashback a database was made when the database was not mounted or was already open.What should we do to fix it:
Mount the database and retry the FLASHBACK command.
