Oracle Solution for Error ora-38750

ORA-38750: FLASHBACK DATABASE may not be performed using a dispatcher.

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to use a dispatcher process for FLASHBACK DATABASE. Memory requirements disallow this recovery method.

What should we do to fix it:

Connect to the instance via a dedicated server process to perform FLASHBACK DATABASE.
