Oracle Solution for Error ora-38723
ORA-38723: Invalid SCN expression.
What triggered the Error:
The SCN keyword was specified in a FLASHBACK DATABASE command but the SCN expression was invalid.What should we do to fix it:
Retry the command using a valid SCN number.
