Oracle Solution for Error ora-38706
ORA-38706: Cannot turn on FLASHBACK DATABASE logging.
What triggered the Error:
An ALTER DATABASE FLASHBACK ON command failed. Other messages in the alert log describe the problem.What should we do to fix it:
Fix the problem and retry.
