as model dimensions, because they are both surrogates of dimension workspace object

What triggered the Error:

The user attempted to include two dimension surrogates of the same dimension in the DIMENSION statement of a model.

What should we do to fix it:

Use either of the two surrogates in the DIMENSION statement of the model, but not both.
