ORA-32828: Messaging Gateway agent must be running
What triggered the Error:
An operation was attempted that requires the Messaging Gateway agent to be started and responsive.What should we do to fix it:
Issue STARTUP, wait for MGW_GATEWAY view to show a RUNNING status, and retry the operation.
