Oracle Solution for Error ora-31534
ORA-31534: Change Data Capture string publisher string is missing DBA role
What triggered the Error:
The publisher does not have the DBA role, which is required by the Change Data Capture operation.What should we do to fix it:
Grant the DBA role the Change Data Capture publisher.
