ORA-31429: subscription has not been activated
What triggered the Error:
The called procedure required an activated subscription.What should we do to fix it:
Check the subscription name and correct if necessary. Call the ACTIVATE_SUBSCRIPTION procedure for this subscription and then reissue the original command.
