Oracle Solution for Error ora-31138

ORA-31138: Resource-configuration is being referenced by one or more resources

What triggered the Error:

Tried to add a resource configuration to the repository that was being referenced by existing resources.

What should we do to fix it:

Remove the resource configuration from other resources before trying to add it to the repository again.
