Oracle Solution for Error ora-30375

ORA-30375: materialized view cannot be considered fresh

What triggered the Error:

If the materialized view is invalid or unusable, it cannot be considered fresh with the ALTER MATERIALIZED VIEW CONSIDER FRESH command.

What should we do to fix it:
