Oracle Solution for Error ora-30374

ORA-30374: materialized view is already fresh

What triggered the Error:

If the materialized view is fresh, ORACLE ignores the ALTER MATERIALIZED VIEW RELY FRESH command, and issues this error message.

What should we do to fix it:
