ORA-29397: cannot grant/revoke switch privilege for string

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to grant or revoke the privilege to switch to OTHER_GROUPS or an INTERNAL_USE group.

What should we do to fix it:

rtain groups are only for the resource manager's internal use. Specify another consumer group.
