Oracle Solution for Error ora-29380

ORA-29380: resource plan string is currently active and cannot be deleted

What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to delete an active plan in the pending area. No changes can be made to active plans.

What should we do to fix it:

lete the plan when it is not in use.
