ORA-29379: resource plan string is involved in a loop in top-plan string

What triggered the Error:

loop was discovered while validating a top-plan.

What should we do to fix it:

eck the plans that have the specified plan as a GROUP_OR_SUBPLAN, and remove the plan directive that causes the loop.
