ORA-29363: plan directive string, string is mandatory and cannot be modified or deleted

What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to modify a mandatory plan directive.

What should we do to fix it:

not attempt to modify mandatory plan directives because they are required by the Resource Manager and cannot be modified.
