Oracle Solution for Error ora-29360

ORA-29360: retry operation. Too much concurrent activity

What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to revoke the switch consumer group privilege from a user for his/her initial consumer group but someone is modifying the user in another session.

What should we do to fix it:

try the operation later.
