What triggered the Error:
e name specified as argument to procedure CREATE_PLAN, CREATE_CONSUMER_GROUP, or CREATE_CATEGORY of package DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER is already in use.What should we do to fix it:
ecify an unused name.
