Oracle Solution for Error ora-28561

ORA-28561: unable to set date format on non-Oracle system

What triggered the Error:

itialization of a Heterogeneous Services connection to set the date format to be used on the connected non-Oracle system.

What should we do to fix it:

the Oracle data dictionary supplies a value for the HS_NLS_DATE_FORMAT parameter, confirm that this value is formatted correctly by the rules of the non-Oracle system. Also check for additional information in log and trace files generated by the Heterogeneous Services agent.
