Oracle Solution for Error ora-28514

ORA-28514: heterogeneous database link initialization could not convert system date

What triggered the Error:

e system date was not retrievable.

What should we do to fix it:

rify that the ORACLE server's host machine and operating system are operational. This error should not occur unless low level system functions are failing.
