What triggered the Error:

itialization of a heterogeneous database link to a non-Oracle system failed due to an error identified by the agent for this non-Oracle system.

What should we do to fix it:

ke sure the non-Oracle system is up and running and that all of the environment and initialization values for the agent are set correctly.
