ORA-28503: bind value cannot be translated into SQL text for non-Oracle system

What triggered the Error:

SQL statement used bind variables on a Heterogenous Services database link to a non-Oracle system, but the non-Oracle system does not support bind variables.

What should we do to fix it:

ange your SQL statement so that it does not use bind variables.
