ORA-28182: cannot acquire Kerberos service ticket for client

What triggered the Error:

attempt to use a Kerberos forwardable ticket granting ticket to obtain a Kerberos service ticket failed.

What should we do to fix it:

eck that the Kerberos forwardable ticket granting ticket belongs to the client, is valid, and that the key distribution center is available.
