Oracle Solution for Error ora-28142

ORA-28142: error in accessing audit index file

What triggered the Error:

ACLE was not able to access the file being used to hold audit file names.

What should we do to fix it:

ke sure the file exists in the directory pointed to by the initialization parameter "audit_file_dest" and is readable by the ORACLE user.
