Oracle Solution for Error ora-28010
ORA-28010: cannot expire external or global accounts
What triggered the Error:
a user account is created as IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY, or IDENTIFIED GLOBALLY, this account cannot be expiredWhat should we do to fix it:
y to expire the password of the user that has database password
