ORA-27456: not all arguments of program "string.string" have been defined

What triggered the Error:

e number_of_arguments attribute of the named program did not match the actual number of arguments that have been defined.

What should we do to fix it:

fine as many arguments as the number of arguments, or change the number of arguments.
