ORA-27209: syntax error in device PARMS - unknown keyword or missing =
What triggered the Error:
er-supplied PARMS value has incorrect syntax. The server expected to find ENV or BLKSIZE, but found an unknown keyword.What should we do to fix it:
try the command with correct syntax: ENV=(..) BLKSIZE=nnnn
