ORA-27022: skgfqsbi: could not allocate memory for media manager

What triggered the Error:

acle could not allocate memory required by the media management software which is linked with Oracle to provide backup/restore services.

What should we do to fix it:

crease the amount of memory available to the Oracle process and retry the backup/restore.
