Oracle Solution for Error ora-26805

ORA-26805: Queue "string"."string" has rule based subscribers.

What triggered the Error:

e combined capture and apply optimization could not be used since the queue had rule based subscribers.

What should we do to fix it:

ke sure queue has no rule based subscribers before starting apply and capture.
