Oracle Solution for Error ora-26696

ORA-26696: no streams data dictionary for object with number string and version number string from source database string

What triggered the Error:

attempt to access the database object failed because the data dictionary for the object was either never populated or it was purged.

What should we do to fix it:

ke sure the streams data dictionary is created by calling DBMS_CAPTURE_ADM.PREPARE_%_INSTANTIATION.
