Oracle Solution for Error ora-26664

ORA-26664: cannot create STREAMS process string

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to create a STREAMS process when another was being created concurrently.

What should we do to fix it:

it for the creation of the other STREAMS process to finish before attempting to create the STREAMS process.
