ORA-25470: duplicate attribute value for variable: string

What triggered the Error:

An attempt to evaluate was made, which failed because one of the attribute values supplied a value for a variable, which already had a variable value supplied.

What should we do to fix it:

eck the variable and attribute values specified, and try again with either a variable value or attribute values for each variable.
