ORA-25445: invalid column number: string for table alias: string

What triggered the Error:

attempt to evaluate was made, which failed because an invalid column number was supplied for the specified table alias as a part of a column value.

What should we do to fix it:

eck the column values specified, and try again with a valid column number.
