ORA-25315: unsupported configuration for propagation of buffered messages

What triggered the Error:

attempt was made to propagate buffered messages with the database link pointing to an instance in the destination database which is not the owner instance of the destination queue.

What should we do to fix it:

e queue to queue propagation for buffered messages.
