ORA-25208: RELATIVE_MSGID must be specified if SEQUENCE_DEVIATION is BEFORE
What triggered the Error:
relative message identifier should be specified if sequence deviation is specified as BEFORE.What should we do to fix it:
ther specify an existing relative message identifier or don't specify sequence deviation as BEFORE.
